Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial support and insights for the senior leadership team
• Oversee the preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements (US GAAP and IFRS)
• Manage and develop a team of finance/accounts staff while ensuring scalable finance processes and controls

Required Qualifications

• Professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, CPA) or equivalent
• A minimum of 15+ years' post-qualification experience in finance or accounting
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong understanding of accounting frameworks (IFRS; US GAAP) and regulatory requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
