Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to lead its finance team and manage overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash disbursements
• Collaborate with leadership on financial projections and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, audit, or finance with 15-20 years of experience
• Professional certification such as CPA is preferred
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and project-based ERP systems
• Management experience and knowledge of project accounting practices are required
• Multi-currency and multi-entity experience is strongly preferred
