Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value and insights are provided
- Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll
- Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and department management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
- Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
- Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
