Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value and insights from finance and accounting functions
- Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll oversight
- Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach client management on metrics usage and department management
Required Qualifications
- Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
- 10 years of experience at Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
