Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating budgets and prepare forecasts including monthly and yearly projections
• Administer management variance analysis reports and organize data to identify trends and root causes
• Oversee cashflow forecasting and support M&A activities including financial modeling and due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles in a large corporate environment
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
