Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and managerial direction to finance resources in the Americas
• Drive business strategy through financial modeling and support decision-making processes
• Manage and enhance financial reporting processes and support business performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving results and process improvements
• Solid understanding of financial systems and familiarity with automation tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certification preferred)
