Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to manage the finance function and support the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and finance functions, including close process, AP/AR, payroll, and banking operations
• Manage company financials, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Ensure tax compliance and lead investor reporting and external financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6 - 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Direct experience in both accounting and corporate finance functions
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition
• Proven experience managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience managing at least one direct report
