Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director, Performance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CFO and business leadership in driving financial and operational health
• Enable operational efficiencies and optimize financial performance across regions
• Lead financial analyses and strategies to forecast performance and implement improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA/MBA preferred
• 15+ years in Finance/Accounting, with at least 5 years in a global environment
• Experience in financial management, particularly in commercial and change management
• Progressive leadership and managerial experience
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems and financial planning/modeling tools
