Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate general accounting policies and operational finance functions
• Ensure integrity of accounting records and create necessary internal control environments
• Monitor and evaluate standards of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Eight or more years of progressive healthcare industry finance/accounting experience, with at least three years of supervisory experience
• Strong contemporary knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) financial reporting and systems
• Ability to effectively manage working relationships through strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
