Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and manage field compensation and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting for field compensation programs, including variance analysis and budget development
• Develop and optimize financial models for variable compensation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational incentives
• Perform analysis of fixed vs. variable costs, delivering insights to guide investment decisions at the senior leadership level

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or compensation finance
• 5+ years of experience in retail, preferably in Optical Retail or Healthcare with 100+ stores
• Expertise in incentive compensation structures in multi-location organizations
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI and dashboard tools is a plus
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
