Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations and provide insights for client businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Oversee client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle management, and compliance with GAAP
• Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
