Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value and insights are delivered
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility
• Conduct monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience at a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
