Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee the client team to ensure value and insights
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility
• Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience required; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
