Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value delivery
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage

Required Qualifications

• Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• 10 years of experience at the Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
