Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee the client team to ensure value delivery
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
• Conduct monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metric usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Master's degree in Accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
