Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting for client businesses and ensure value delivery from finance and accounting functions
Manage monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and client meetings to provide insights and coaching
Oversee compliance with GAAP, manage accounting technology, and contribute to strategic projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
10 years of experience as a Controller or Director of Finance in a SaaS firm
Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
