Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to join its leadership team and oversee the finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance organization, including manager-level leaders across Controller, accounting/bookkeeping, and billing/revenue cycle
• Own annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and 12-24 month rolling forecasts
• Build driver-based financial models and improve finance workflows and reporting infrastructure

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Proven success leading accounting, FP&A, or performance-focused finance operations
• Strong experience managing manager-level finance leaders and building high-accountability teams
• Strong experience with healthcare services and revenue cycle management
• Excellent financial modeling and planning capabilities
