Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Manage the client accounting process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, revenue cycle management, and compliance with GAAP
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
