Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value delivery
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
• Oversee compliance with GAAP, lead monthly client meetings, and contribute to strategic projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience successfully revamping accounting and operational processes and technologies
