Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee accounting and financial planning functions while managing a distributed finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a distributed Accounting and FP&A organization, ensuring timely and accurate financial execution
• Oversee the annual audit, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and prepare variance analysis and performance reporting for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting and FP&A
• Prior experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar senior finance roles
• Experience managing remote or distributed finance teams
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools
