Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant financial and business operations experience, with at least five years in a nonprofit organization
• Five to 10 years of management and leadership experience, including responsibility for financial data and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
• Experience supervising and coaching employees, with a focus on developing high-performing staff
• Experience translating financial concepts for non-finance colleagues
