Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance to oversee fund operations and provide financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, portfolio valuation, and analysis in collaboration with the Director of Finance
• Manage the annual external audit and tax return preparation processes
• Develop and present management reports, including performance metrics and industry benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA and MBA preferred, with at least 15 years of business experience in investment or financial services
• Experience in private company finance, accounting, or analytics is a plus
