Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage day-to-day finance operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting and payroll accuracy
• Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights to client management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes
