Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure financial targets are met by developing operational strategies to improve results
• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A Partners to support organizational growth
• Oversee performance measurement tracking and provide insights on financial metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial modeling and planning
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• MBA or MS in Business Analytics preferred
• Leadership experience in a multi-unit environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software
