Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations and provide insights for client businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team operations
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
• Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights to enhance business performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and finance operational processes
