Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance (Controller and FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and MBA preferred
• 10-15+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, including controllership and FP&A
• Knowledge of advanced accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with financial planning, analysis, and modeling
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools, such as Sage Intacct or QuickBooks
