Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to lead the financial planning and analysis function while shaping the company's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing data-driven insights to the CFO and Board
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, influencing business decisions with financial analysis
• Manage cloud spend and vendor contracts, optimizing costs and improving gross margin

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CFA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in FP&A and Finance Operations in both private and public companies
• Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure pricing models and their impact on COGS and margins
• Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics for financial planning and reporting
• Proven ability to strategize while managing detailed financial operations in a fast-paced environment
