Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive results from the Field Finance team in support of Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers
• Develop and improve systems and analytical tools to support field leadership decisions
• Manage all aspects of the P&L, including revenue, labor margin, and operating expenses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business required; MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or corporate strategy
• Multi-location experience is a significant plus
• Expertise in analytic decision-making
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial information and develop viable alternatives
