Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and manage cash flow
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations and manage risk strategies

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep experience using SAP in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
