Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director - West Coast Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a US-based finance team, including supervision, training, and performance evaluations
• Plan and execute budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while maintaining financial controls
• Establish departmental priorities and communicate regularly with leadership and support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management is preferred
• Leadership skills to manage targets and impact multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably the Google suite of applications
• Strong organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
