Finance Director

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic FP&A business partner for Fund Administration and Customer Success, the full-time remote Finance Director will manage the full planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting, while providing financial insights and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with department leaders, providing proactive financial guidance and insights
• Lead the annual budget process and monthly forecasting for Fund Administration and Customer Success
• Own the monthly Budget vs. Actual process, delivering variance analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 5+ years in a business partner capacity
• Experience in a Fund Administration business or high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment
• Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and variance analysis
• Strong financial modeling skills, including scenario and cohort-based revenue modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
