Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading the finance function in a full-time remote capacity, the Head of Finance will oversee financial controls, reporting integrity, and team leadership while managing board reporting and the month-end close process in a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the finance function, ensuring financial controls and reporting integrity across Transactions & Reporting and Service Delivery & Commercial
• Produce accurate management information for board reporting, instilling confidence in financial data
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring a clean and controlled close each month

Required qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Significant post-qualification experience in a finance leadership role within a multi-currency environment
• Strong technical accounting skills, particularly in multi-currency consolidation and revenue recognition
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team through structural changes
• Experience driving automation and process improvement in finance functions
