Finance Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic financial leadership, the full-time Finance Director will manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Semiconductor Business Unit while collaborating with executive leadership to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short-term and long-range financial strategies in partnership with executive leadership
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities for the business unit
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, reporting, systems, and controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or multinational environment, with semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, Power BI, or similar systems preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective communication skills
