Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on financial analysis, the full-time salaried Finance Director will manage operational performance, strategic partnerships, and data-driven solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors financial performance, evaluates cost efficiency, and implements profitability improvements across operational areas
• Prepares and presents financial reports, collaborating with cross-functional departments to support strategic analysis and planning
• Oversees relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial submissions

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of health care finance and/or analytical experience, including 5 years in managed care
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of management/leadership experience
• Advanced training or experience in health care analytics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
