Finance Director

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time salaried Finance Director will manage financial data related to M&A activities, provide strategic advice to the CEO and executive team, and develop sophisticated financial models while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, leveraging financial insights for future planning and decision-making
• Maintain and build sophisticated financial models to support the Company's evolving strategic needs
• Conduct rigorous analysis of financial results and provide recurring and ad hoc reporting to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or MBA are highly advantageous
• 7+ years of financial management experience within service-based industries, with a strong background in FP&A functions
• Experience in a rapidly growing start-up environment is strongly preferred
• Proven financial modeling skills, including integrated 3-statement models and scenario analyses
• Deep experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO) is desired
