Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading the finance function in a transformative environment, the full-time Head of Finance will manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting while building and mentoring the FP&A team, all in a remote or hybrid capacity aligned with Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, providing insights to the COO and executive leadership team
• Build and lead the FP&A team, creating infrastructure and processes for a best-in-class finance function
• Serve as a trusted partner to the COO and leadership team, enabling strategic decision-making through financial data analysis

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of building finance functions and developing team members
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Experience guiding finance through significant corporate events such as M&A or capital raises
• Comfort operating in dynamic, high-growth environments
