Finance Director

Job Summary

Driving high-impact projects in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Finance Director will lead and optimize the finance team, partner with senior leadership to develop key performance indicators, and create financial forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the finance team with a focus on analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators across the organization
• Create and manage the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle to align operating goals with financial targets

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Completion of a 2-year Investment Banking program, followed by experience in Private Equity, Consulting, or Banking
• 3-8 years of in-house finance experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and three-statement forecasting
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced modeling skills and familiarity with SQL
