Job Summary

Supporting Behavioral Health facilities, the full-time remote Director of Finance will manage financial operations, including planning, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental goals and standards in accordance with organizational requirements
• Directs departmental operations to achieve performance and quality control objectives
• Prepares and evaluates departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with allocated funding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting required
• 7 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong background in financial budgeting
• Proven leadership experience
