Job Summary

To support a growing hospitality organization, the full-time salaried Finance Director will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team while overseeing all accounting functions
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance analysis to leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience, preferably in hospitality
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office
