Finance Director

Job Summary

To support JLL's Work Dynamics business line, the full-time remote Finance Director will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, while leading a team and providing strategic financial insights to optimize client investments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple client portfolios
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and insights
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting processes for accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, including ERP platforms and Excel modeling
