Job Summary

Managing financial operations in a fully remote capacity, the Director of Finance will oversee a team of analysts, coordinate with leadership on deadlines and deliverables, and serve as the primary contact for financial forecasts and operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deadlines and deliverables, coordinating with leadership and finance teams
• Serve as the primary contact for financials, forecasts, and operational data for key stakeholders
• Lead the financial onboarding of new markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc reporting and analysis

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant healthcare finance operations experience
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work with an entrepreneurial mindset and build relationships cross-functionally
