Finance Director
Job Summary
Providing strategic financial leadership, the full-time remote Finance Director will manage forecasting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and executive reporting while partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and support strategic initiatives
- Manage global budgeting processes and support mergers and acquisitions activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance or related finance leadership roles
- 10+ years of people leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
