Job Summary
Leading the FP&A function for a Business Unit, the full-time remote Finance Director will manage a team of financial professionals, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the FP&A function, including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic projects
- Supervise and develop direct reports, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence
- Own capacity modeling for Delivery teams and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive Finance experience
- Prior experience supporting a Delivery or Services Organization
- Extensive experience building and maintaining complex finance models
- Management experience leading teams in previous roles
