Finance Director

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Director, the full-time remote position will manage financial data analysis, develop robust forecasting models, and provide strategic recommendations to guide decision-making while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analyses to evaluate key performance indicators and trends, ensuring data accuracy across multiple business units
• Design and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasting tools aligned with company objectives and growth strategies
• Lead the budgeting process by integrating financial trends, market conditions, and strategic goals to ensure realistic budgets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• An MBA is strongly preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in FP&A, financial modeling, or data analysis, preferably in technology or professional services sectors
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with a solid understanding of data reconciliation techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
