Job Summary
Leading the FP&A function for a Business Unit, the full-time remote Finance Director will manage a team of financial professionals, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic projects for the Business Unit's FP&A function
- Supervise and develop Finance staff, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence
- Drive backlog reporting and capacity modeling for Delivery teams, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive Finance experience, ideally supporting a Delivery or Services Organization
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining complex finance models
- Management experience leading teams in previous roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly
