Finance Director

Job Summary

To support departmental finance functions, the full-time Finance Director will manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while overseeing staff training and development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee staff recruitment and training
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet departmental deadlines
• Plan and execute budgeting and strategic planning processes while developing financial policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management
• Leadership skills to set and achieve targets impacting multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Strong mathematical skills for financial calculations
