Finance Director
Job Summary
Leading the Finance function in a fully remote capacity, the Head of Finance will manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow planning, and team development while collaborating with the Treasury team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end management reporting, including P&L, Cash Flow Statement, and profitability analysis
- Build and maintain the budgeting cycle, including cash-flow forecasts and scenario planning
- Design and run the financial control framework, ensuring regular reconciliations and audit trails
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in finance, with at least 3 years managing a finance team or function
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or high-volume transactional businesses
- Proven track record of automating financial processes and reporting
- Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany operations
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with BI tools
