Finance Director
Job Summary
Leading the financial planning and analysis functions, the full-time remote FP&A Director will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance management while partnering with executive leadership to drive financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, providing visibility into financial performance
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment decisions
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leaders, optimizing resource allocation and driving operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including senior-level partnership with executive leadership
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
- Experience within the LegalTech, SaaS, or eDiscovery/Professional Services industry is a significant advantage
- Working knowledge of applicable financial practices and procedures (GAAP/IFRS)
