Finance Director, Client Services

Job Summary

Providing strategic financial leadership in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of Finance, Client Services will partner with hospital executives to enhance financial performance, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and deliver actionable financial insights across multiple client hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic financial partner to hospital CEOs and CFOs, leading financial reviews and performance discussions
• Manage multiple client priorities, ensuring timely delivery of financial insights and support
• Monitor financial performance and recommend actions to improve operating margins and overall efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 7-10+ years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare settings
• MBA, MHA, CPA, or other relevant advanced certification preferred
• Experience with hospital budgeting, reimbursement methodologies, and financial analytics
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, service lines, and revenue cycle processes
