Finance Director, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director, Enterprise FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Income Statement Planning and support the annual and quarterly business plan process
• Drive proactive P&L risk/opportunity analysis and lead analytics for high-impact projects
• Prepare Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors presentations, ensuring accuracy in financial messaging

Required Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A and Business Analysis experience with a proven track record
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow dynamics
• Experience in process improvement and change management
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant finance experience; MBA or CPA preferred
• Exceptional ability to influence without authority and collaborate across a global organization
